Tips On Keeping Car’s Air Conditioner Cold

Park In Shade
Avoid parking your vehicle in direct sunlight. When the outside temperature is 37°C, cars parked in direct sunlight can reach internal temperatures of up to 55°C

Ventilate Car
Open all the windows and doors and let the car idle with the air conditioner on for a while. This will almost immediately push the hot air out.

Don’t Switch To Max Immediately
It’s tempting to turn on the air conditioner and set it to “max cool” as soon as you get in the car. When your air conditioner is set to “max,” the car draws air from inside the car, cools it, and blows it back into the cabin.

Replace Cabin Air Filter
The cabin air filter keeps dust, pollen, dirt, and other pollutants out of your car’s air conditioning and heating vents. A clogged filter can inhibit or even block air-conditioning airflow while also trapping moisture in its layers, causing cold air to struggle to reach the cabin.

Regularly Service Car’s Air Conditioner
To ensure proper maintenance, all machines must be serviced on a regular basis. The same applies for your car’s air conditioning system.

Switch Off Air-Cond Before Switching Off The Car
Before you turn off the ignition, turn off the air conditioner.
